About Us

Just Like Home Adult Day Center, founded in 2018 and located in Ionia, MI, is a premier adult day care center catering to the unique needs of seniors in the community. We specialize in providing a warm and welcoming environment that offers engaging activities tailored to individual preferences. Our daily offerings include games like cards, bingo, and floor hockey; guided and independent exercise sessions; nutritious snacks and on-site lunch preparation; a beauty salon; showers for personal use; medication administration; reading materials; a calming fish tank; pet therapy; and creative crafts. Additionally, we organize outings to local attractions to keep our patrons active and connected. Our facility is also available for rental, making it an ideal venue for gatherings and special events. At Just Like Home, we strive to create a supportive and stimulating atmosphere that truly feels like a second home for all our guests.

Just Like Home is an awesome place for adults with disabilities of all ages. My daughter, Kara, loves her days there. The games, parties and crafts are adapted fit every client and their skills. No one has to be left out. They serve an excellent lunch too. Tracy and the staff all go out of their way to make Kara's experiences there exactly what she needs. The love they have for each of their clients shows.

While Monday through Friday during business hours the center serves as a welcoming space for adults to socialize and engage in activities, it is also available as an event rental space outside of business hours. Can medications be administered during the day?

Yes. Our trained staff can administer medications as prescribed, ensuring safety and consistency in care.

Is there a trial period or visit option before enrolling?
